Cancellation policy & Refund Policy

At Stone House Naggar, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our property.

1. Cancellation Timeline

  • 15 days or more before the check-in date: Guests are eligible for a 100% refund of the advance amount (excluding any applicable payment gateway or bank charges).
  • 7 to 14 days before the check-in date: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund will be provided.

2. No-Show

Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior written notice will be treated as a No-Show, and the entire booking amount will be forfeited.

3. Early Departure

If a guest decides to shorten their stay after check-in, no refund will be issued for the unused nights.

4. Booking Modifications

Requests to change booking dates or reduce the duration of stay are subject to room availability and prevailing rates. Additional charges may apply.

5. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation approval and will be credited to the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Third-Party Bookings

If your reservation was made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or any third-party booking platform, the cancellation and refund policy of that platform will apply. Please contact the respective booking provider directly for assistance.

7. Force Majeure

Stone House Naggar shall not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds or booking modifications in such cases will be considered at the sole discretion of the management.
